ClintixPro Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By using Clintix Pro, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions provided by Clintix Pty Ltd (“Clintix”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
1.1 Definitions
“Clintix Pro” refers to all AI-powered digital tools, products, and services created by Clintix Pty Ltd, including but not limited to those developed for the ACEM Primary Exam, AMC MCQ Exam, USMLE Step 1, and any future study tools.
“User” refers to any individual accessing or using Clintix Pro.
“Relevant examination authority” refers to the official body responsible for the examination a Clintix Pro tool supports (e.g., ACEM, AMC, USMLE).
2. Product Scope
Clintix Pro tools support preparation for written or theoretical components of relevant medical examinations. Clintix Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by any examination body.
All Clintix Pro products and services are provided with a limited subscription period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. Access will automatically expire at the end of this period unless otherwise specified or renewed.
3. Intended Use
The Product is for personal, non-commercial educational use only. It is not a replacement for official or accredited programs. Clintix does not guarantee exam success.
4. AI Disclaimer
The Product uses generative AI technology. Output may be inaccurate or outdated. Users must verify content against trusted sources.
You agree that you are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
5. No Clinical Advice
Clintix Pro is not intended for clinical use. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
6. Academic Integrity
Users must not upload, input, or share protected exam content. You are responsible for complying with the policies of the relevant examination authority.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, structure, and outputs are intellectual property of Clintix Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of Clintix Pro.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Clintix Pro for personal educational purposes only. This license may be revoked if you violate these Terms.
8. Fair Use and Account Sharing
Each subscription is for individual use. Excessive usage may be restricted. Password/account sharing is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
9. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only provided as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clintix Pty Ltd from claims or liabilities resulting from misuse of the Product or breach of these Terms.
11. Force Majeure
Clintix is not liable for delays or interruptions due to events outside our control, such as outages or regulatory changes.
12. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
14. User Agreement
By using Clintix Pro, you agree to the following:
You are purchasing a personal, single-user license.
Clintix does not guarantee passing any examination.
Your access to Clintix Pro products is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase, after which access will expire unless otherwise specified or renewed.
All content must be verified and evaluated independently.
The Product is not for clinical or diagnostic use.
You must not upload or disclose confidential exam materials.
Password sharing is prohibited and may result in access suspension.
You agree to indemnify Clintix Pty Ltd for any misuse or policy breach.
You accept our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy below.
15. Privacy Policy
What We Collect:
Your name, email, usage data, browser and device info, and any feedback you submit.
How We Use It:
To provide and personalise your experience, monitor usage, improve the Product, and respond to support queries.
Data Security:
We use encryption and access control to store your information securely.
Sharing of Data:
We do not sell your data. We may share limited data with service providers (e.g., payment processors) under confidentiality agreements.
Your Rights:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting hello@clintix.com.au.
